Where they are
Territory drives reporting; country + city help Mark route context.
Contact + ownership
Primary contact details + Addcomposites-side owners (drive who Mark notifies).
Comma-separated. Mark routes inbound mail/chat to this customer when sender matches.
Drive folders
Two distinct folders. The internal one is for our team; the customer-facing one is what they see when they sign into the portal.
Team-only. Holds our notes, working drafts, inbound emails, ops paperwork.
The Drive folder we share with the customer — usually named "Shared with [customer]" or "Shared folder". Powers the portal /documents embed. Typical layout: Technical / Shipping / Administrative / Financials, then per-quote subfolders.
